Tone

Tone comes to Musical Munchkins all the way from Norway. She came to the United States to make her mark as a singer/dancer and to create a career in the music entertainment industry. On this incredible journey in the music and dance world Tone came to us and quickly discovered that she loves to work with young children and is a very gifted teacher as well as a gifted performer.

She began her music studies with piano lessons. She became quite proficient in piano as she studied from age 10 through age 19. Success in piano gave her entrance to the prestigious Norwegian music school “Lundehaugen” where she studied piano, guitar and voice. Tone studied Dance in Oslo at the Norwergian Dance Center to round out her skills as an entertainer.

Tone came to the United States to continue her studies and obtained her certificate of Modern Dance from the Merce Cunningham School of Dance in New York City. She also continued her voice study with trips to Canada to study with the well-known vocal coach Diana Yampolsky. Tone is currently working as a Musical Munchkins teacher as she continues to record and develop her career in the music entertainment world.
