A Little About Me...
Amy Olin

Miss
Amy
Amy Olin has been teaching Musical Munchkins since 1996. A former ‘Munchkins mom’ herself, when her daughters, (now 16 & 18), were little munchkins, Amy knew this program was the perfect nitch for her skill set and abilities. "I loved sharing this fun-filled, gentle approach to music and movement with my girls.” She appreciated the early enrichment it fostered in young children. To this day, both daughters are very musical.
As a PACE University graduate, former teacher of elementary/early childhood education with a background in dance, theater and music, Amy enthusiastically joined the Musical Munchkins staff, delighted to be teaching her favorite age group. “I never imagined that learning to play guitar at age 10, it would become the tool of my trade.”
In addition to classroom and music teaching, Amy has taught dance and fitness to adults and children for many years and prides herself as a Tap dancer. A certified group fitness instructor, she has taught cardio fitness classes and currently re-entered the health and fitness world as a ZUMBA instructor.
Amy lives in Pleasantville with her husband Bill, daughters Ashley and Melanie and her mini poodle, Pepper. In her spare time, she enjoys assisting Eileen Oddo in managing the advertising and marketing efforts of Musical Munchkins.
